Al-Ali v. The United States - Initial Calculations
On March 1, 2007, we finally received the individual calculations and supporting pay period documentation from the government. This information was immediately forwarded to all plaintiffs on this date to review for accuracy and completeness.
If
you believe your information is correct, you need take no further action at this
time. However,
if you believe your information is incorrect, you must inform our office and
submit documentation in support thereof no later than close of business (5 p.m.,
PST) Friday,

Failure to notify our office of any errors by this deadline will be
deemed a waiver of any future attempt to recover damages in this litigation for
the pay periods in which you are eligible.
