On November 21, 2005, Bobbitt, Pinckard & Fields, APC filed a follow-up FLSA lawsuit on behalf of all interested GS-11 & GS-12 Supervisor Immigration Enforcement Agents (SIEA’s) in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. For future reference, this case will be referred to as Al-Ali, et al. v. The United States, Case No. 05-1227C. Defendant, The United States, has until January 20, 2006 to file their Answer to our Complaint. A Letter of Acknowledgement will soon be mailed to all those named in the complaint confirming your status as a plaintiff in this lawsuit.
