On January 13, 2006, our office filed an Amended Complaint with the Court adding additional plaintiffs to this litigation. On January 23, 2006, Defendant, The United States, filed their Answer to our Amended Complaint. Both parties now have until March 16, 2006 to file with the Court a Joint Preliminary Status Report, setting forth the factual issues and providing a recommended discovery plan. After the filing of this report, the Court will then issue a formal scheduling order for discovery and other pre-trial dates.
A Letter of Acknowledgement has been mailed to all those named in both the original Complaint and the Amended Complaint confirming your status as a plaintiff in this lawsuit. If you have not received such a letter and believe you are a plaintiff, please contact our office to verify we have your current information.
