We
are pleased to inform you that our office has received the funds from the
government pursuant to the settlement agreement in the above-referenced matter.
On April 27, 2007, our office mailed settlement checks representing final
payment to all plaintiffs named in the amended complaint in accordance with the
calculations mailed to each of you back on March 1, 2007. If
you do not receive your check within 3 weeks from the date of mailing, please
contact our office to verify your address.
For tax purposes, our office will issue each of you a
Form 1099-MISC in January, 2008 for the 2007 tax year. THEREFORE, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO KEEP YOUR
MAILING ADDRESS UPDATED WITH OUR OFFICE UNTIL SUCH TIME AS YOU RECEIVE THIS
INFORMATION.
