The San Diego Police Officers Association website has an OUTSTANDING page of links.  If you can't find it there, it probably doesn't exist.  You'll find hundreds of links to almost every law enforcement agency in California, as well out-of-state and federal agencies, associations, organizations, search engines, cop home pages and other sites of interest to law enforcement.
