Julie Buechler grew up in Southern California and received her B.S. degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University in 1984. She worked in the corporate sector until 1991. Julie graduated Cum Laude from Western State University School of Law (now Thomas Jefferson) in 1994. While at Western State, Julie was selected for the National Dean’s List and was elected Treasurer of the Student Bar Association. Julie clerked for the Attorney General’s office in their Criminal Writs and Appeals section and was selected as a Judicial Extern for the Fourth District Court of Appeal in San Diego.
