Everett L. Bobbitt (1946 - 2007) 

On October 10, 2007, after a long battle with pancreatic cancer, Everett Bobbitt passed away. An inspiration to many, Everett will be sorely missed by the many he touched through his careers with the U.S. Marine Corps, law enforcement with the El Cajon Police Department and the legal community. A memorial service has already been held.  In lieu of flowers, his family has requested donations be made to the Child Abuse Prevention Foundation (www.capfsd.org or 858-278-4400).

Bobbitt, Pinckard & Fields, A.P.C., combines 54 years of law enforcement experience and 71 years legal experience representing law enforcement officers in "course and scope" defense services through their various associations, the Peace Officers Research Association of California (PORAC) and by private retainer.

The law offices are legal defense counsel for the San Diego Police Officers Association and the San Diego County Deputy Sheriffs Association.

Through PORAC, we are also contracted to represent officers throughout San Diego and Imperial Counties.
